Warranty and Trade-in Policy for Amglo Bracelets

Warranty

All Amglo products are made under vigorous quality controls to meet a high standard of quality. Our Warranty coverage is only limited to manufacturing defects or defective workmanship on link pins, magnets, germanium stones, semi-precious stones or locking clasp problem. 

All Amglo health bracelets are covered with a 12-month warranty.

Trade-in Policy with Warranty Coverage

All customers are entitled to a one time 1-on-1 trade-in within 24 months of the original date of purchase. The trade-in value of 20% of the purchased price (with warranty) only applies towards the next purchase of an Amglo bracelet (with warranty) at a price equal or higher than the original purchase price. Customers will have to produce both originals of the sales receipt and warranty card issued at the point of trade-in. We reserve the right to terminate or alter the trade-in value without prior notice.
